Attorney Keith HillKeith brings over thirty years of experience in personal injury claims evaluation, accident investigation, litigation case management, insurance claims evaluation, and insurance coverage analysis. Throughout his career, Keith has performed case analysis for both defendant’s and plaintiff’s as well as on behalf of insurance companies. As a legal investigator, Keith has actively participated in a wide array of activities including mass tort product liability investigations, fraud investigations, commercial motor vehicle inspections/investigations, work site fatality investigations, jury focus groups and mediations. While employed in the insurance industry, Keith handled personal and commercial claims from inception until conclusion via negotiated settlement, mediation and/or trial. During these years, Keith has developed a wide-reaching network of experts, contacts and peers that has proven to be invaluable. Through these experiences, Keith has developed a skill set that provides a unique insight providing an invaluable perspective regarding case investigation, evaluation and management. Keith’s work experience and extensive training provide a resource to the firms’ clients which is truly one of a kind.

Biography

Keith is a native Texan born and raised in the suburbs of Houston. He attended Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas where he earned a BBA in Management while working in the electrical and construction industry. Keith earned an AAS in Occupational Safety (Presidential Honors) from San Juan College in New Mexico and he has continued his professional development throughout his career and has obtained the following licenses and certifications:
